Patient Panel

At patient panel you will see Dashboard, here patient can see all their treatment details in summarized form.At the top you will see tabs like OPD, IPD, Pharmacy, Pathology, Radiology, Blood Bank and Ambulance, here you can see total count for patient treatment under these tabs. In below you will see graphic representation of quantitative information for Medical History, Findings and Symptoms through Pie Chart, Bar Chart etc.

To add appointment from patient account, go to My Appointment. Here click on +Add Appointment button and enter Date, Specialist, Doctor, Shift, Slot, Message, Live Consultation (On Video Conference) and Slots from Slot Available then click on Save button.You can view added Appointment record at Appointment List. This Appointment record will how to patient as Pending until patient doesn't pay for it.To make online payment for appointment click on Pay button present at Action column.Note:-

To check Pharmacy bill, go to Pharmacy here you can check Pharmacy bill details like Bill No., Case Id, Date, Doctor Name, Amount, Paid Amount and Balance Amount. To view paid payment details, click on View Payment icon here you can check paid payments by patient and also print them from print button present at Action column.From Show icon you can check all medicine details and bill details. To check patient Blood Bank details like Blood Issue and Component Issue Details, go to Blood Bank.
